Zoover is an independent website where travellers from more than 25 countries can leave their own reviews of accommodations, destinations and attractions. The website is consulted more than 150 million times annually, mostly by holidaymakers who are planning their coming holiday.

Accommodation owners may register as owner and so make use of the options available such as adding photos, videos and other information about the accommodation. They can also respond to guest reviews.

A  Zoover review consists of a score for ‘general appreciation’ and, per accommodation type, also for several other aspects such as food, location, sanitation and value for money. These figures do not count towards the average score of an accommodation and are purely included as additional information.
 
A review should always be substantiated by a written explanation, which conforms to our rules.

The more recent a review is the more it contributes to the average score. Older reviews then count for less and less. It is therefore important to receive regular new reviews. You, as owner, can actively contribute to this process by asking your guests to place a review on Zoover.
